Ecoer, manufacturer of highly efficient variable speed inverter heat pumps, has announced it now offers an “out-of-the-box” ten-year warranty on both parts and labor for its flagship line of heat pumps at no charge to end users.The company has renamed the line ESi Decades series, because they are offering end users a decade worth of peace of mind. The ten-year parts and labor warranty is available on all units installed by a trained Ecoer contractor. Available in two condensing unit sizes, ESi Decades heat pumps are equipped with a cellular-based two-way communication capable IoT Gateway System that allows for remote monitoring and adjustments by professional installers. With the Ecoer Smart Service System (ESSS), contractors and end users can receive alerts and recommendations for a variety of operational conditions and provides real-time historic data on heating and cooling conditions.
