TSG Consumer Partners (“TSG”) and Oak Hill Capital (“Oak Hill”) announced that the firms have made a significant minority investment in The Wrench Group (“Wrench Group” or the “Company), a leading provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. As part of the transaction, existing investor Leonard Green & Partners (“LGP”), and management, will retain a majority interest in the Company.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Wrench Group is a national leader in home repair, replacement, and maintenance services specializing in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, water, and electrical services. Wrench Group currently serves over 1.7 million customers annually across 16 brands in 24 markets throughout the U.S.
