The Rheem Contractor app was specifically designed for contractors, so every aspect of the tool is meant to improve the ease and efficiency of their daily routine. The RealSupport tool is a video troubleshooting tool with augmented reality capabilities that allows interactive direction and support from off-site resources. Contractors can make a live video, voice and on-screen drawing using augmented reality with any support person for help troubleshooting installation or service issues from the job site. Contractors and support resources can draw on screen to point out components to inspect or replace, which are virtually “anchored” and tracked for later if the camera is moved to inspect other equipment.
Also, the Quick Search function with QR Code Scanning, users can instantly pull up full product and warranty information, certifications, documents, and parts for any Rheem unit with a QR code or barcode. The Rheem Contractor app includes a portal to Rheem’s industry leading training programs, which offers comprehensive lessons for contractors to take their knowledge to the next level.
