WD-40 Company announced a new online resource center for HVACR professionals.
The site, WD40.com/GettingTheJobDone, includes a “Pros Talking to Pros” video series, WD-40 Survival Guide, information about the new line of WD-40 Specialist products and links to partner trade associations, including the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors Association and the Independent Electrical Contractors.
“We’ve found that HVAC professionals often look to each other for advice on new techniques and best practices, so we’ve created a hub where they can get advice and on-the-job tips from other pros,” said Tim Lesmeister, vice president of marketing for WD-40 Company. “Trade pros on the job need to be confident in their knowledge and tools, and our Getting the Job Done site is a resource they can count on.”
WD-40 Company worked through its trade association partners to identify professionals working in construction, plumbing and HVAC to share advice and trade-specific tips they’ve learned throughout their careers regarding how to protect tools, uphold safety standards, and provide top results for their clients. These tips are shared in the “Pros Talking to Pros” video series in addition to resources provided by professional trade associations about the importance of continuing education, the company said.
