Jackson Systems Announces New Team Members

Jackson Systems recently announced the edition of several new team members who will focus on customer services, sales and marketing.
Jackie O’Callaghan and JD Brake have joined the company in client acquisition roles. They will focus on reaching out to contractors, increasing awareness of Jackson Systems and the products/services the company offers, according to a recent statement. Their primary product focus is the new Barometric Zone Damper which eliminates the need for a bypass damper in most zoning applications.
O’Callaghan has a degree from Eastern Michigan University and brings many years of client sales and service experience to Jackson Systems. In her free time, Jackie posts to her food blog.
Brake also brings several years of customer care to the company. He graduated from Ball State University and is a musician who plays with a local rock band in his personal time.
Another recent edition to the company’s sales team is Rachel Cox. As Filter Fetch Customer Service representative, she will ensure that contractor clients have all of the tools they need to earn money using the company’s direct-to-consumer filter program.
Cox has a strong customer service background, is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis and enjoys Sunday football.
Kati Clem has recently joined
Finally, Kristie Burch, who joined the company in January as an account manager on the sales team, has recently been promoted to Director of Marketing and will oversee all marketing and lead generation activities for the company. She is a graduate of Indiana University and brings over 19 years of advertising and marketing experience to the team.
